Tijwun Care and Empowerment Foundation (TIJCEF) is a community-focused,
nonprofit organization dedicated to uplifting underserved populations through holistic care, empowerment programming, and sustainable development initiatives. Its activities span health, education, water/sanitation, women & youth empowerment, and community resilience.

The Foundation’s approach blends compassionate care with capacity building to enable beneficiaries to achieve socio-economic independence and dignity.

WHAT WE DO

HEALTH EDUCATING

Educating girls on nutrition, reproductive health,
and hygiene practices to prevent infections and ensure healthy
development.

MENSTRUAL HYGIENE AWARENESS

Teaching proper menstrual care, use
of sanitary products, and safe disposal methods to promote dignity
and prevent health issues.

ACCESS TO SANITARY PRODUCTS

Providing affordable or free sanitary
pads to ensure all girls can manage menstruation without
interruption to their education or daily activities.

EMPOWERMENT & ADVOCACY

Encouraging open conversations about
menstruation to reduce stigma and support girls in leading healthy,
active lives.

OUTREACH PROGRAMS

Our outreach program is an extension of our love and responsibility beyond the walls of our home. We reach out to vulnerable children and families in underserved communities, providing essential support, encouragement, and hope.

COMMUNITY OUTREACH

Through our community outreach initiatives, we identify and support orphaned and vulnerable children in need. We work closely with local communities to provide food, clothing, medical assistance, educational materials, and emotional care, ensuring that no child is left behind.

EDUCATIONAL OUTREACH
