WHAT WE DO
TIJWUN CARE EMPOWERMENT FOUNDATION implements a range of
community oriented services, including
A. Girl Child Health & Menstrual Hygiene.
The foundation runs menstrual hygiene awareness campaigns
and distribution of essential care items (e.g., sanitary pads,
grooming kits) to school girls a key step toward dignity and
uninterrupted education.
Promoting the health and well-being of the girl child is essential
for building a healthier and more equitable society. Focusing on
physical, emotional, and social aspects of health ensures girls
grow into empowered and confident women.
Menstrual hygiene management is a critical component of this,
as proper education and access to sanitary products directly
affect school attendance, self-esteem, and overall health.
B. Community Education & Awareness
Our Community Education & Awareness programs aim to empower
individuals and groups with knowledge and practical skills that
enhance their well-being and strengthen community resilience.
We organize workshops, seminars, and outreach campaigns on topics
such as health, social issues, civic responsibilities, environmental
sustainability, and safety.
C. Youth & Women Empowerment
t the heart of sustainable development is the empowerment of youth
and women. Our programs focus on equipping young people and
women with the skills, resources, and opportunities they need to
thrive in today’s society. Through capacity building, vocational
training, mentorship, and advocacy, we aim to foster leadership,
economic independence, and social inclusion.
We provide platforms for skill acquisition, entrepreneurship, education,
and community engagement, ensuring participants are confident,
self-reliant, and capable of contributing positively to their communities.
D. Social Support & Care Services
Our Social Support & Care Services are designed to provide holistic
assistance to individuals and families in need. We offer emotional
support, counseling, and practical assistance to improve quality of life,
promote independence, and enhance well-being.
Our programs include home visits, community engagement, referral
services, and advocacy to ensure access to healthcare, education,
and social resources. We focus on creating a safe, supportive
environment where vulnerable groups such as the elderly, children,
persons with disabilities, and low-income families receive care,
guidance, and empowerment to thrive.
